Is it possible to cancel the reservation purchase?
Cancellation will not be possible.
Payment must be made in advance, at the time of purchase.
In case of cancellation or no-show, the full amount paid in advance will not be refunded or converted into credit.
Is it possible to change the name on the New Year's Eve package reservation?
It is not possible to transfer ownership of the reservation.
Will the parking fee be paid by the person who purchased the package?
Yes, parking at the Vitória Hotel Concept Campinas costs R$ 50 per vehicle. The hotel offers valet parking.

Can I change the suite category after making the reservation?
No, unfortunately we cannot change the suite category after the reservation is confirmed, as the package price is non-refundable and does not allow modifications.
Can I transfer my reservation to a different event within the Vitória network after purchase? For example, is it possible to change my Bellini Kindai New Year's Eve reservation to Bellini's Christmas Eve Dinner?
No, reservations made are valid only for the specific package chosen and cannot be transferred to other events at Rede Vitória Hotéis.

What payment options are accepted for booking the package?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Elo), with installments up to 6x without interest. We also offer the option of payment via PIX or advance deposit.
Payment must be made in advance at the time of purchase, and the hotel reserves the right to collect payment at any time before the check-in date. In case of cancellation, change of dates, or no-show on the reserved date, the full amount paid in advance will not be refunded.
