• Faucets with timers and aerators in bedrooms and common areas;
• Reusable cups for breakfast and events;
• Partnership with the Food to Save app to combat food waste;
• A key that activates power simply by being present in the room;
• Selective collection and proper disposal of waste (partnerships with cooperatives);
• Reusing bulk cooking oil for glass (Recyclaóleo);
• Lighting activated by motion sensors in the hallways;
• Use of biodegradable products and amenities;
• Inverter air conditioning and LED lighting in all hotels;
• Transportation and disposal of electronic waste, light bulbs and batteries (Ecotronics;
• QR Code to avoid unnecessary printing in the rooms;
• Use of natural gas and purchase of energy on the free market (CPFL / DELTA);
• Architectural design that takes advantage of natural light.

Social Actions

• Social initiatives with institutions such as Boldrini, SHD, and Grupo Primavera;
• Clothing drive and educational lectures;
• Rooms adapted for people with disabilities, equipped with alarms and emergency buttons;
