Cancellation will not be possible.
Payment must be made in advance, at the time of purchase.
In case of cancellation or no-show, the full amount paid in advance will not be refunded or converted into credit.

It is not possible to transfer ownership of the reservation.
Will parking be paid for by those who purchase the package?
Yes, parking at the Vitória Hotel Concept Campinas costs R$ 50 per vehicle. The hotel offers valet parking.

Can I change the suite category after making the reservation?
No, unfortunately we cannot change the suite category after the reservation is confirmed, as the package price is non-refundable and does not allow modifications.
Can I transfer my reservation to a different event within the Vitória network after purchase? For example, is it possible to change my reservation from Réveillon Esquinica to Réveillon Bellini Kindai?
No, reservations made are valid only for the specific package chosen and cannot be transferred to other events at Rede Vitória Hoteis.

What payment options are accepted for booking the package?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Elo), with installments up to 6x without interest. We also offer the option of payment via PIX or advance deposit.
The hotel reserves the right to charge at any time before the check-in date. In case of cancellation, change of dates, or no-show on the reserved date, the full amount paid in advance will not be refunded.
